Q: What is the average delivery time of products at this store?
A: We offer products from suppliers in different areas and some are shipped from domestic warehouses while some are shipped from international locations. For this reason, we want you to know that some products may take a few weeks to arrive, and others may arrive within one week. Please be patient and communicate with us on our contact page if you have any questions and we will get you whatever information we have available as soon as we can.
Q: What do I do if the product I ordered was damaged when I received it?
A: If you receive a package and the shipping container shows signs of damage, please take photos prior to opening the package. Then open the package to inspect the product. Unfortunately we cannot control how the product is handled during shipping, but hopefully the product itself will not be damaged. If the product is damaged, torn, or broken, please take pictures that you can send back to us to take a look at and use to communicate to the shipper. There will be a quality control ticket opened and we may need to verify some items before the next step. In most circumstances, the product can be replaced or we can provide an in-store credit to cover the cost of the product.
